You know it is spring when you can smell the

crawfish boiling. Our friends at the Crab Trap

kicks off their 2010 season on February 6.  

The Crap Trap uses a state of the art filtration

system where their crawfish are kept until all

the impurities are gone from their system.

This results in cleanest and best tasting and

freshest crawfish you will ever eat. But don’t

take my word for it, drop by the Crab Trap  and

see for your self.

They even have a menu for those of you

that don't like seafood, check out these

awsome grilled ribs, and that is just half a

rack.
